Beer packaging

When you see beers in tube packaging, you immediately know they’re special. It’s an ideal packaging solution for beers that need to be considered premium or luxury, and when you’ve got access to high quality printing, finishes and features, there’ll be no doubt in your customers mind about its value. Not only does tube beer packaging add value to the product, but it also enhances brand awareness by standing out amongst the crowd, in-store or online. The material is sturdy and the design of the beer bottle packaging (including custom measurements to fit) help to protect the fragile glass inside across the whole supply chain.

At Encircle, we’ll work closely with you to optimise your chosen design and provide guidance on how to benefit the most from bespoke beer packaging.

Our beer bottle packaging comes with a range of designs and closures, with each of them suitable for products such as:

  • Premium craft beers
  • Specialist beers
  • Special editions
  • Premium pale ales
  • Large format beers

Tube options

Encircle offers three different tube designs for your products.

Standard Single Container

This comprises a single tube with a base and a lid at one end. Choose this option for the most cost-effective solution for packaging your biscuits or cookies.

Two-part Container

This design offers increased strength and a more premium top-shelf feel. Each part has a base and lid and slides into each other over the internal shoulder (spigot), giving a satisfying, crafted appeal to the package. Choose this option if you really wish to stand out on the shelves.

Telescopic Container

This premium double-walled design offers the highest level of protection for your fragile beer with an exciting element of theatre upon opening. This type of cardboard beer packaging uses an inner tube with an outer tube placed over the top to form a closure. Choose this design if you’re looking to deliver an exciting unboxing experience for your customer.

For all of these cardboard beer packaging options, you can expect:

  • Fully recyclable packaging
  • UK manufactured
  • Bespoke Sizes and Prints
  • Large printable area
  • Made from FSC approved material
  • All-cardboard options for easier recycling

Lid Options

Finally, each container needs a closure or lid. Select from the following options:

Curled End

The most environmentally-friendly solution for your cardboard beer packaging because the entire tube can be recycled in a single waste-stream. The ends of the container are curled and a cardboard disc is secured in place. This gives the container a very neat and crafted look.

Metal

Metal ends and lids will provide your beer packaging with style and strength, best suited for premium food products. A seamed metal end creates a permanent seal. Embossing lids with custom designs such as your logo is also an option we provide.

Plastic Caps

Provides the most effective closure system and is available in a range of sizes and colours. For a more permanent closure, caps can be stapled or riveted.
